As part of the proposal CIBA VISION agreed to have BCR conduct several In-Depth Interviews with opticians - their key trade partners. This approach helped expose several layers of fresh insight, culminating in a two-day workshop, with all key departments and stakeholders involved.

In the end, CIBA VISION had a compelling and aggressive new strategy, driven by insight and big ideas.
